Ruby Tuesday - Waterville

Unbelievably slow service at 11:30 on a Sunday. Everything came out slow, at least 10 minutes to get drinks, food took over 30 minutes, dessert took another 15 from the time we ordered it... crazy. Steak was cooked correctly. I ordered blackened salmon and a ceaser. Salmon came on a plate by itself, no garnish, about 10 minutes after my salad came. Do you see where this is going...

I will first start by saying their salad bar was phenomenal outstanding with plenty of options to make a great salad but add a steep cost a basic salad bar was $15. Granted I will say that it was only $6 if you purchase an entree. Serving size on the entree I felt were fairly small especially on cheap items like fries. After taking a photo as soon as the server put the food down individual agreed that yeah there wasn't many fries on there and brought us out extra so I have to say the service was pretty good. But in my personal opinion you shouldn't have to ask. My biggest complaint I felt like the pricing was high for the area. I do realize however that Ruby Tuesday probably has the same price menu across the country however in some areas I think it should be revised You will not get out of this place under $20 a meal in my personal opinion for a lunch in this area I would consider that overpriced. However I'm sure some people will disagree and that's why I am detailing the numbers. I have also included some photos So people can judge for themselves once again I have to congratulate them on their amazing salad bar It's hard to find a good salad bar in this area in fact to my knowledge there's only one other salad bar from Augusta Waterville Oakland skowhegan noridge Walk and all the little surrounding towns. I am only pointing this part out because I believe that businesses should capitalize on what their strongest qualities are.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Ruby Tuesday's. My friend was served undercooked salmon and when he requested for it to be properly cooked, they gave him the same piece of salmon that was now overcooked. The staff had a disrespectful attitude towards him and seemed inconvenienced by his complaint. My friend, who used to eat there regularly, was very disappointed with both the food and the service. I personally have never been a fan of Ruby Tuesday's, but I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the pork chop dish I ordered was the worst I have ever had and I couldn't even eat it. Our waitress ignored us, instead choosing to chat with other guests and we had to ask for our check. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I ordered a togo and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I will be ordering again! Togo person was so kind to me!
