Oshu House - West Jefferson

I was overcharged on my card, and they didn't do anything to resolve the issue. I will never eat there again; the service was very poor.

There’s so much potential for this restaurant! Adding some vibrant decor could make a huge difference—think water features, plants, and flowers. A change of music would help too; how about some soothing Asian instrumentals? A sushi bar could really introduce the beautiful culture of Japan into the dining experience. Right now, the place is clean but just plain boring. I hope they take these suggestions to heart!

We had a wonderful gathering with family friends today. Every meal we ordered was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Our drinks were promptly refilled as well.

Rice was bland with no flavor and portions are not big enough for the price tag that is put on it; especially the side items.

Food was so bland and plain, absolutely no seasoning. The way this place is set up is probably the most terrifying thing, i’ve never been in a restaurant that made me think i was sitting in a doctors office. I was just uncomfortable and the vibes were off. Wont be returning.
