Thier food truckbis at Gypsy Hill Park today and if the food was free it would have been to much. The brisket was nothing but fat, the pork was dry and greasy, and freezer burnt Stouffers is better Mac and cheese.

Had my heart set on eating some BBQ today, however got there and walked to trailer just to be told they are closed today. Should really update hours if they are closing early!

Where to begin!?! Stopped into this spot with the hopes of having some decent roadside bbq. Boy, was I wrong!! I ordered the Beef Brisket sandwich with fried pickles and hush puppies. If you like your fried pickle chips that look and taste like they’ve been under a heat lamp for hours, you’ll love these. Im pretty sure the hush puppies could have been worse, but I doubt it. The brisket sandwich is what we call a swing and a miss. Is this a dry county? Because the bbq sure is.
