Green Door Cafe - Wiarton

My wife and I called the day before our planned trip to wiarton and asked if we need reservations for lunch. they said it was very recommended so we did it and were glad that we, as the restaurant is small (ob 24 persons max....plus 2 on the bar) and quickly after the afternoon arrived on Thursday. we ordered the kickin' chicken club and the daily suppe, and a quinoa burger and salat. the food was well presented and tasty, not too big a serve for lunch. they have a large selection of vegetarian and gluten-free and the weeping through the glass were reasonable price and a decent size. beautiful atmosphere and we had the best table at the place, next to the window for people watching. we're back!

I have absolutely no complaints about this facility. family friendly great eating fast service. during the season they can be fully booked so best to call ahead

On a Tuesday at 12:30 pm, we visited this small and charming restaurant on Main Street. Despite every table being full, we were given the option to either come back later or sit at the small bar. We chose the latter and were delighted with our experience. The food was excellent, especially the delicious French fries. We appreciated the extra touches like the Maureer glasses for water and chilled beer cups. Joshua and the rest of the staff were efficient and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Overall, we enjoyed a delightful lunch at a reasonable price in a simple and clean environment. We highly recommend making a reservation for a ensured spot at this wonderful restaurant.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. While the exterior may not be very inviting, the interior is a small space with modern decor and delicious food. I ordered the falafel bowl and my partner had the sesame chicken dish. All the ingredients in my bowl were fresh and beautifully presented. The chicken dish was flavorful and the crispy fries were delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

This was hands down the best meal we had during our vacation. The food was fresh and the prices were reasonable. We ate here 4 out of the 6 days we were in Wiarton.
