Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant had no drinks available, the food took about 30 minutes to be prepared, and the staff were impolite. The soda machine had no varieties of flavors, the tables were unclean, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking.
Not great. The fries were stale and cold, and the wings were not crispy and undercooked. This Wingstop is not recommended. I suggest going to the Wingstop in Mentor on the Lake instead, it's much better. Just a tip for you.
This restaurant has been on a decline for some time now. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but the staff seems rude and uninterested in serving customers (especially at 7:25pm on a Tuesday). The tables and chairs were dirty, and it appeared that the surfaces were not cleaned regularly. Despite there being five employees present, it was not clear what they were all doing. I placed my order at 7:13pm and by 7:30pm, I had still not received my food, which consisted of 10 wings and fries. The wait time of 17 minutes seemed excessive. By 7:40pm, the manager had not even moved from their spot. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this restaurant. I will stick to the one in Mentor before deciding to come back here again.
Mann don’t go here!! I waited a whole hour for my food!!!!! I’m so disappointed!!! Get better employees. They worried more about the door dash orders than the people who actually go in there nd order food!!
I will wait for fresh hot food. 5 mins after I ordered my food was ready... red flag. 8 wings in a small container meaning the are overcooked or small. No longer going to this location very disappointed also fries are cold. Had to go to Charlie's for a decent dinner.
