Le Macaron - Windham

I wanted to try a French caffe with my big daughter. she is studying French. the makkaroni was excellent. not the cheapest place for sweets, but this a special trip.

We brought home a dozen assorted flavors, and they were delicious. We have to go back and try the rest of the flavors!

Tried Le Macaron because we wanted to see what other local bakeries were offering. The woman behind the counter was very nice, but I was really surprised by the lack of options and it was only 11 AM. We also found it to be very overpriced for what i was getting. The $3 eclairs were only about the size of a cigar. The raspberry was very good but my lemon eclair had a hint of coconut that was a little off-putting. The macarons were tasty, but almost twice the price of another bakery we visit and the difference doesn't seem to be worth the extra cost.
