AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID verbal abuse from delivery driver and customer service skills extremely poor ordered over £60 worth of food at 6:05pm was told be an hour at 7:25pm tryed calling shop to get answers, 3 adults from 3 different mobiles called shop and no answer 42 times shop was called so 3 youngs kids very hungry and upset and 3 adults fed up of waiting so not sure if food is arriving so went and took or custom else where, 8:10pm driver turns up with no apology I explained that I'm sorry but we tryed calling shop the driver used abusive language in front of my young kids this is not the sort of customer service I expect at my home address all the other negative reviews that I have read tonite matches up to your no respect or care towards your customer and im for one will take this matter further as im very surprised that the businesses is staying afloat with service with very poor management skills

One to avoid at all cost. Only excepts cash ,staff not friendly at all ,if challenged ,i do not understand. Ordered food, waited 10 mins went to pay ,oh cash only ,cash machine up the road. Came back 10 minutes later and my food had been Left on top of the counter ,going cold When i asked if it had been there all the time i had been to the cash machine, going cold answer was i do not understand ,when confronted took food away Service: 1

Excellent chips, friendly staff. Wish they wouldn't use styrofoam takeaway containers. The hot chips melt the plastic. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Recommended dishes: Chips
