Jimmy John's - Wooster

I attempted to arrange catering for a work event at this restaurant. The online ordering system was not functioning, so I called them before their opening at 11 am, but received no answer. Do they happen to be closed? Sadly, they missed out on a $500 order.

Excellent sandwiches, they outshine Subway every time. The service is very fast. On April 14, 2020, a customer came up $5 short when trying to pay with a $20 bill. I had to wait for him to come back and re-enter, which wasted more of my time.

The lights were on and two men were standing in the store. Google said they were open. It was 35 degrees outside. My 74 year old Mother went to the door to try and get a sandwich. At first they ignored her. When she persisted to knock on the door they started laughing at her. I have never witnessed such rude behavior from a Jimmy John's. I took my mother elsewhere and we will never return to this horrible establishment. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this franchise. I will be forwarding this to corporate. How dare you treat any woman like this, especially my Mother!

Our family always get sandwhiches at store 2582 Wooster Ohio and have always been every pleased Todays order....my 6inch turkey sandwhich contained one slice of turkey.Very unhappy with the quality of this sandwhich. A WiSh sandwhich

It is a good place to come and a lot of the employees are friendly and nice. The food was delicious and tasty.
