Contribuisci feedbackI went today, even though management was terrible for years. It has changed, they have a new manager or something. The food was perfect, the staff were nice and the manager even gave a homeless a small free meal for the night. They even embraced, I've never seen this facility so well before, and I prefer a 10pc and hot almost 20.
If it's good, it's good. If you get a sloppy worker who doesn't care about one or the other, then you get a sloppy eating that's bad or maybe beats easily. others then that this place the best choice always for starving fixes
It seemed as if we were caught in a rush and our first round of food was cold and did not taste very fresh. When we came back and told the manager Manny. The manager apoligized and he was extremely professional throughout the whole ordeal and replaced my order with fresh food and I was just very well treated and taken seriously and that meant a lot to me. I'll come back every week. Even his team has been drawn together so efficiently. It was a great experience.
I think this popeyes has no management at all,been looking bad reviews but still no change in customer service,had worst experience,order was messed up and when asked for condiments took 11 minutes after asking again and again,i was looking those were just a hand away,in the meantime food was gone cold ,may be it was on shelf for longer period. At least not recommended park ave location.
I loved Popeyes when it first opened on Park Ave, the service was good and so was the food. The last couple times however were just awful. Yesterday I went and the rudest kid served me. Totally incoherent, rude, snatched my money and literally threw my food at me. Food was almost inedible and ended up getting tossed. Fries just thrown into the bag. Food made me sick. Not sure what's going on here but please stop hiring lazy punks to work there and maybe I'd be back. Oh and this location is filthy! Shame on the management and franchise owner
