A worth-it journey! My partner and I have been coming to this restaurant for three years now, despite some negative reviews we've seen. The name might make you think it's a gimmicky themed location, but it's anything but. The owner, a woman who spent several years in Mexico, brings a lot of authentic positivity to the establishment. The menu offers a good selection of meals without being overwhelming, which is always a good sign in my book (I tend to avoid places with huge menus!). The food is freshly cooked, so there might be a bit of a wait, but trust me, it's worth it. The dishes are delicious and not greasy like some other places. The decor subtly hints at a Mexican theme, without being over the top.

Unlike Nandos, the food here is not greasy. The decor subtly hints at a Mexican theme without being overbearing. Most tables are for two to four people, but they can accommodate larger parties with advance notice. During the week, you can usually walk in without a wait, but if it's busy, you can relax in a beautiful lounge area in the back with sofas and drink service. On Saturdays, it's best to make a reservation as they tend to be busy. However, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Overall, no complaints here.
