The decor was fun to look at; I especially loved the antique carousel horses. I ordered a grenadine Italian soda, and it was delicious. The man working there was kind and pleasant to have a conversation with. I would love to stop by again when I have the chance to!
Great soda shop! Not alot of these old timey soda shops left. I was enjoying my hot butter beer and hot dog (highly recommend btw) when what I thought was a Vietnam veteran and his wife came up to me but it turned out to be a Gothic wizard kid and his mother, they asked me for my spare change. Mostly harmless, the Gothic kid actually smells surprisingly good but his mom smelled very strongly of stale Wendy's and cheap liquor. I also seen his mom in the parking lot harassing truckers. Other than that, amazing place.
From Canada, heard this place was great. Food and atmosphere was amazing. Staff are wonderful but, there was this weird stinky cowboy dude with a wand, and what I assume was his witch companion, just starring me down. Very uncomfortable. All in all great experience.
Great Pops! Nice Cashier! But there was this weird cowboy magician and his mother. They asked me for a ride to a nearby shelter, and when I said no, he proceeded to chase my car with a magic wand, casting spells. I don't think the spells did anything but change the light green so I could get away. I managed to capture a photo of the elderly gentleman. He did smell good.
I spotted a balding cobra wearing a smelly cowboy hat that was folded like a slice of pizza, he was eating food like it was an apple, with what i assume was his elderly mom, she was loud and kept calling him joshy . i really hope they don 't have kids, TMDWU, Hail Sickos!
