Order a mixed grill, it appeared in a carton that looked like it had been taken from a mull, barely meat, and what there were pieces of lamb fat, 3 poxy pieces huh. extra sauce was ordered also missing. absolutely. disgusting. there are many good breakouts in york, that is not one of them.

My friends and I all ordered schish kofte, donner pizza, chickenuggets and it was one of the best takeaways that I had! food delivered within an hour and the guy over the phone was very friendly and recommended the shish cooking that was...amazing definitiw will order here every weekend!

We have waited almost 2 hours for our delivery, then they sent us a text, we said we are sad that their order will be delayed and they can apply for refund. then the order came, but the whole food was cold and the chips and burgers. were microwaves and turned to be rock hard and a part of the order was completely missing, so at this point we asked for a partial refund and we will tell them that we do not give them the refund and we hope they enjoy their food through text. they do not expect to spend almost £30 for microwave burgers and chips. really disappointing, especially since we have regularly repeated customers for over a year. do not know whether it is a change in management or what, but definately downhill.

Got a family deal from here tonight which would have been cheaper if I’d have bought it individually anyway. But the “14 inch” pizza arrives crushed to bits and it looks like someone’s carried it on their back and did backflips while waiting for me...to answer the door. After calling the restaurant they offer to send another pizza only for the delivery driver to call me back five minutes later with a cocky attitude accusing me of shaking it up while walking up the stairs… I said no then accused me of being pissed when I said if they don’t bring me a fresh one I’ll march down and show it then myself. The food is great here and it’s usually good service but good god if you get this woman delivering your pizza I’d always check the box before opening.
