Brigantes - York

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the beer and food were excellent. All the staff were very friendly to us and to Oliver, our dog.

It was wonderful to return to York during my visit. I tried the pan-fried cod served over risotto and it did not disappoint—absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and the beer selection was top-notch.

This is a lovely place to visit if you have a four-legged friend with you. The staff is just as welcoming to dogs as they are to humans, and they even provide a complimentary bowl of water and treats for our furry companions! The meals we enjoyed were all delicious as well. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot!

I love this pub, and recently became in their summer drinks menu that is delicious gin or prosecco cocktails. also one of my favorite places to eat and the personal is courteous and friendly.

Great food, solid choice of ales and a fabulous gin menu, all backed up by friendly and welcoming staff what’s not to like?!
