The greeting before the house staff was wonderful, we arrived late in the evening and they could not have been more helpful, the room was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and as we expected from booking, breakfast the next morning was excellent filled us for our trip to home. the only thing was that we were so tired at our arrival that I could not find how the blinds and curtains found out. but it didn't bother our sleep. excellent hotel will recommend it definitiw for stays in york.

Beautiful modern hotel, beautiful large room for 3 of us, comfortable bed beautiful ensuite, good service the best was the breakfast waitress, natalia was an absolute sunbeam first on the morning.

Had breakfast whilst staying at the hotel. Breakfast plentiful- loads to pick from. Was being well stocked and kept clean by hardworking staff. A staff member cleaned down our table and chairs before we sat down.

My brother and I stayed here on our recent visit to York, the buffet breakfast is great, the staff are lovely and helpful.

Portions were plentiful, and the food was tasty. They have a gluten free pizza with a crust that was so good, I had to ask to make sure they brought me the right one! Steve was friendly and answered my myriad of questions.
