Disgusting customer service they missed out a meal when we collected when we got home and realised and rang them up said that it’s not their fault and ours because “ we never ordered it “ when we definitely did , then said we would have to pay twice and then started to be rude , don’t order from here CRISPY DUCK is way cheaper and much better !

The food is delicious, portions are generous, and the restaurant is clean. I will definitely recommend my friends to order takeout from here.

I received 2 orders of fried rice instead of one of them being chips. When I called to report the mistake, the person on the phone sighed repeatedly and insisted that I pay for delivery of the missing chips. To make matters worse, the rice itself had six long hairs in it, making it impossible to eat without the risk of needing a haircut in the next six weeks.

I ordered crispy beef in sweet chili sauce but received dry crispy chili chicken instead. Additionally, I ordered a Coca Cola lemon but was given an original Coke. I have had trouble with complaining on Just Eat before, so I didn't even bother this time.

VERY good food, delivery arrived just under 5 min prior to early side of estimate and the delivery person followed my instructions very well.
