Pepperoni Palace - York

Ordered from deliveroo at 1:50am and by 3am i was walking to the restaurant only to find it is shut down due to quote vermin overrun . if a place is shut down the company should not be on deliveroo. pepperoni palace have made £20 and not made nor delivered any food. both phone numbers i found weren 't connected and once again they practically stole £20. if anyone from the company sees this i want a full refund with added value for the trouble i was put through

We placed an order and paid for it, only to receive a message stating that there were no drivers available and our money would be refunded. It is unfair to take payment before confirming the order, especially since it could take days for the refund to process. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Don't bother pizza came and the cheese was off tasted like chemicals). When we phoned up they blamed it on the herbs. Seems like the same owners as pepperoni Palace or at least the same staff, they don't want to know when something is wrong.

Friendly staff, decent takeaway and decent food, staff always up for a laugh and welcome anyone and everyone
