Pizza Choice - York

Went instore and ordered chicken doner wrap, description underneath said marinated chicken cooked on grill . got back to hotel and I have doner meat in there which I cannot eat.. everyone makes mistakes so i called them to see if they could drop off what I ordered. I was told they have no delivery service which was a blatant lie as the driver was there while we were waiting. The man on the phone was rude and laughed at me saying I had ordered the wrong thing and he did not give me chance to speak or explain. the description on the board is clearly wrong as below screenshot from menu. Very annoyed and hungry....

I ordered a calzone hot and they forgot to put the jalapeños. It comes with just 3 ingredients and the didn’t add one of them

I recently ordered a chicken Caesar salad and was surprised to receive deep-fried chicken with lettuce and raw carrots. I was expecting a healthier option but this was not it. I'm at a loss for words and shocked by the dish.

The food is always hot and flavorful, arriving on time. I particularly enjoy the gravy for its great consistency. The prices are very reasonable.

STAY AWAY! This takeaway failed to deliver our order. We have been waiting for almost two hours since placing our order at 9:30pm. The staff on the phone keep hanging up when we try to contact them. My partner placed the order and we had to use my number as they didn't answer his, but now they are hanging up on mine. No food, no refund, no apology. There are better takeaways in York and we are out of pocket because this company didn't deliver our food.
