Had the car. Large part of the Bratbeef (XL-Mahl) cooked for perfection. Roast spuds ok, puddings a little tasteless, not like my mother. The veg was poor, overboiled and only lukewarm. Would have had lamb, but they only serve on Sunday, why? Do you want a Cask real Ale, but they haven't seen anything since? No guilt, no rumors, but beer in bottles. Had water. We booked a table, and pleasant staff took care of us. Was pretty busy, but we had an acceptable meal.

Another great Carvery. The food was great. That's why we go back! Everything was great to pay from the arrival. Very nice staff, very helpful.

Fresh filling delivered to buffet area, but it was completely dried and crusty. we have often mentioned this, but the problem is never addressed, the same with servierutensils is too hot to keep. served food always goes very quickly cold.

Good evening. Disappointed that despite booking a time of 17:30 and get a reminder from the restaurant on the day that our booking for 17:30 we were told on arrival that we were booked 17:45 and had to wait 25 minutes before we could take our table. Also disappointed by the drinks prices. A glass of lemonade, 2 Appletizer and a medium glass of wine for a price of £15.80 is far too expensive, and led me to think that we were deliberately moved to our table so that we would order drinks in the bar!

Although I’d booked through Fork and had a confirmation, they had no registration in my name. Fortunately I had the confirm on my phone so they were apologetic and found us a table pdq.
