Culver's - Yulee

Went in after the lunch crowd and it was still busy! The service was ok, but the cashier could speak up and maybe put a smile on his face? That 's the kind of response we get at other places. These guys have a reputation to uphold, so I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich basket with fries and drink. My wife had the fish dinner. The food was good! Enjoyed a big piece of chicken. My wife said the fish was good. We 'll be back to try other things like the burgers...

50 plus minutes we waited in the drive-thru to get our food. We only ordered 2 custards and a plain cheeseburger. The burger had no cheese, the bun looked as if it had been sat on and the burger made McDonalds appealing. Oh and the custard was melted quite a bit. Again, over 50 minutes for terrible food. We?ve tried three times at this new location and it has gotten progressively worse. Might have been our last visit.

I ordered a double butter burger with condiments and lettuce and they didn?t even put it on there. The burger came out cold and when I asked them to fix it they took the burger back there and ?fixed? it. By giving me lettuce in the side and some packets too put on my burger. They need too have better customer service and they obviously already need better management. They were no help at all and I would never come eat here. They will only mess your food up!!!

Pros: Located close to shopping in Yulee, fries were hot, the soda fountain was a normal fountain and not the terrible Coke freestyle. Cons: Burger was super cold on the bottom like it just came out of the refrigerator, salted caramel milkshake was just a vanilla milkshake with and drizzle of caramel around the edge.

They were great ???? we came in kind of late and they were friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. We will have to come back again soon.
