Starbucks In Aust - Austin

Do not visit this restaurant, it is not worth your time. The service is extremely slow, with no one ever at the register to assist you. The customer service is awful.

This Starbucks is one of the worst in town when it comes to the quality of their coffee and food. The staff is nice and the outdoor seating is enjoyable, but that's the only reason I didn't give it one star. I only go here because it's convenient to work, but every time I've been, there's been an issue with my drink. I'd rather drive further to other coffee shops to avoid poorly made drinks and bad espresso shots.
