The pastries are to die for. But the waitresses need to review their good manners and right conduct. For people working in a field that requires constant interaction with customers, they are not impressive. Only courteous when you dress up nice. But if, in their eyes, you look like a dried up prune in scrubs, they are quite rude. When asked for availability of a certain product, a simple “No maam, sorry we’re out of *product*. *proceeds to recommendation of other pastries*” would have sufficed. Instead, all I got is a curt “No.” Now who is the dried up prune between us? P.S. This happened at 9am. Surely they are not THAT tired yet?

Went here twice. The dining experience is good. Their pasta is really good; the pastry selection is super nice; the coffee is a bit expensive, and there is only one size for the hot drinks. About the service, they have a good number of staff, so the influx of customera doesn't slow them down. They have a lot of customers at any time of the day and especially during weekends. Everything is good except for the plugs at the left area near the entrance. The plugs in this particular area are not working, so I suggest not to sit here if you're planning to work all day. Though not sure if the plugs in the other areas are working, better test them first before settling to your seat.

No doubt of how beautiful this cafe was built, structure and design wise is perfectly aesthetic. Also, wide choices of food, coffee, drinks, cheese, gelato, pastry and etc. However, the dismaying part is their customer service. This aspect should be improved by the management, I am not happy nor satisfied how the cashier that catered me, bad attitude and snobber ako yong nag smile and greet sa kanya. I also noticed with the reviews given in this space this has always been mentioned and I hope that the management could look into this. Sayang maganda ang lugar, food is also great but service part is a downfall.

Order the Tres Leches cake here--it's mind blowing! Fell in love with this place esp their cake and coffee selections. Can't wrap my head around how affordable and high quality their food, cakes, and drinks are! Ordered a whole cake for Php1000, ordered 9 slices with pasta for Php1000!!! Super sulit! Love the aesthetic and ambiance of the place too!

Cafe Bob's offers delightful pastries and beverages in a classy setting reminiscent of an oak forest. I highly recommend trying the Earl Grey Latte, as it's a rare find in many coffee shops. The cakes are the standout feature of the café, so be sure to order one when you visit!
