Dunkin' - Coppell

Ah! The Dunkin' Donuts egg and cheese croissant and hash browns are always a comforting breakfast choice. You know exactly what to expect in terms of taste at any national franchise, but the one thing that can really make a difference is the service. Unfortunately, that was quite disappointing here. The staff could be friendlier instead of grumpy.

There were flies in the donut display, and when I pointed it out, the staff claimed it was just one fly. The customer service was poor, and on top of that, they forgot to give me some of the donuts I ordered.

Coffee fresh. Cashier very pleasant and friendly. Drive through was pretty fast. Highly recommend.

The teenagers who work here are always polite and quick to get coffee and food out in a respectful manner. They also like talking to me and my friend whenever we come and make the experience fun! Although one of the older workers tends to have a bad mouth and on one occasion, he had used his vape out in the open...besides that I love this dunkin.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!I ordered a medium cappuccino, the guy in the drive through handed me an incorrectly labeled hot chocolate, then when I came back and told him you gave me a wrong order he gave me a small sized cappuccino and told me you ordered a small one boss thankfully I showed him the old cappuccino and it was the medium to prove him wrong,Not to mention he sighed discomfort and told me I need to get out of the driveway and shut off the window, watch out for the completely rude driveway guy with a yellow beard
