Contribuisci feedbackI received the wrong order, so I called and spoke with someone in charge. They were very friendly and quickly resolved the issue. I will definitely continue to support this fantastic restaurant with its amazing staff and management team.
The staff at the drive-thru were very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. I ordered a bucket meal and was impressed by how quickly it was prepared. The food was served at a perfect temperature and my order was correct. While the meal was a bit pricey, it seems like everything is expensive nowadays.
Food is very good but the lady taking our order was unnecessary rude. The sun was in my eyes so I asked if some things where on the menu and she told me to just look at it in a rude tone. I'm not impressed.
I was informed that the chicken comes with a breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs, and 2 legs, so I couldn't just order the legs. I have never been told that at any other KFC before.
Stopped by KFC for a quick lunch to bring back home as we are packing and moving and started to order and was interrupted 3 times while trying to order. They 're having computer issues they say. That 's fine. I understand that. I pull up and pay, washanded my food. One bag for an order for 5 people so I asked if that was all and the girl at the window says yeah and shuts thewindow. I 'm putting the change back in my wallet (maybe 10 seconds after receiving the food) and she opens the window again andsays, uh we 're on a timer, can you move . I had been sitting there less than 20 seconds after receiving food. There was no onebehind me so I 'm not sure why she was being so rude. Not impressed
