Burger King - Lynchburg

The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The staff was friendly, but be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for each order. On my second visit, the wait was even longer at 22 minutes. Make sure you have plenty of time to spare if you decide to go.

The staff here is always friendly. The orders are correct and they are pretty fast. I'm going past another BK to come to this.

Unbelievable! I ordered four whores, one of them was a bacon and cheese, I know I should have checked the bag when we pulled out the drive. We had been waiting for our order for 10 minutes and the guys behind me tried to get from behind me, so I just went when I got it. When I came home, I had only three helicopters and no bacon and cheese. I called to let her know that I didn't get my bacon and cheese-hopper, where I was told first that I had ordered three burgers not four. What I checked doubled the receipt I had actually ordered four heppers, then I was told that I had a bacon and cheese chopper, I checked and checked all burgers I had no bacon. When I told the lady that there was no bacon and cheese, she told me they had made it. Then she said while they come to make your bacon and cheese hopper then as I stopped I heard them say the person in the back to make another bacon and cheese hopper and that yes she knows he already did. When I got there, the manager didn't offer anything I had to drive for ten minutes to use my gas for her fault or money back. Honestly, just an apology I got from a sweet lady on the back, not the anger I think was the same that argued with me on the phone. Very disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking, with no sense of urgency from the staff. The food was subpar, and I was frustrated to hear them constantly claiming that their ice cream machine was out of order. The only reason I gave it a single star was to leave this review. This establishment really needs to reconsider its operations and properly train its employees. There's no excuse for it to be this bad! After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru today, I definitely won't be returning.

The staff here are really friendly, but the place is quite messy. There was toilet paper on the floor and trash scattered around. Perhaps it's just because it’s shortly after the lunch rush, but it could use some tidying up.
