Subway - Lynchburg

This store is heads and tails above the Wards Rd. Location! Staff are organized and professional, while being personable. The store was clean, neat and well stocked. The sandwich making process was very smooth and consistent.

I'm usually not in awe when it comes to customer service these days, BUT!!!! I was recently diagnosed with severe allergies and had to stop eating out this year. I normally pack, but sometimes I'm rushed. I went to the subway on Memorial Ave and let the lady about to take my order know I have severe allergies. She immediately changed her gloves and wiped the counter down and changed out the knife they were using. If a worker tried to take over going down the line adding things, she make sure they changed their gloves and tell them about my allergies.To say I was SUPER impressed is an understatement. I will be back. Thank you all for keeping me safe and understanding the severity.

I really just love this Subway!! The employees are so nice and efficient. The store is always clean and well kept.

Nothing Subpar about this Subway. The management and employees take great pride in Haccp and quality ingredients. The gloves are on, the food is fresh, so get your buns in here!
