Sweet Spot - Mackinaw City

This was the best ice cream we had during our Mackinaw family! We were in the city of Mackinaw and crossed the shopping area in downtown. This shop has a great location, right in front of the ferry. We went in and they had so many flavors to choose from. Prices were $4. For this quality ice, that was reasonable. Also they actually made the waffle cone in the store, they have three different machines. You can completely taste the freshness and the crispness of the fresh cones compared to other ice cream shops. I couldn't survive how they had so many flavors compared to the other ice cream shops we visited on our weekend trip. We would have stopped a second time if we had more time! We ordered Mint Mackinac Island Fudge, strawberry cheesecake, and these two other amazing chocolate options. Staff had a little hard time communicating and listening to customers, which is my only negative feedback. I would recommend you stop here for ice!

We were looking for a fun shop as our children wanted to get candy, so you can imagine how excited everyone was! they were not disappointed, Ice Cream was dying, there were so many funny sodas that each of us got one, Taffy I think is the best in the city. The staff were very patience and friendly. See you next year!!!

The flavors available here are simply delicious. We tried some 5 different ice creams and each of them was unique. They have a big shovel size and it felt like a value for money deal. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I would definitely recommend this place when you visit the Mackinaw City. I definitely go back to U.P. during my next trip.

Very much to do, but waiting is worth it. We just wanted her ice cream, and you had options. Daughter LOVED her multicolor waffle cone with cookies and cream, and my sicker bar waffle cone not unpleasant. For every sweet tooth.

I don't usually write reviews, we went to this store, bought ice cream for all our kids. my little one was running all over the place and dropped his ice cream over the floor, we just left, few second after the owner came out and hand us a new ice cream for free, she made my boy's day!
