Synonymous Cafe - MEDLOW BATH

This restaurant is worth the journey outside of Katoomba. The food is delicious and portions are generous, and the coffee is fantastic. Be sure to try the crumpets - you won't be disappointed. The service is excellent, deserving of 6 stars if possible.

I had an incredible coffee at this restaurant. I also loved the interior design and overall atmosphere. The sourdough bread that came with my eggs was also delicious. I would definitely return here to seek shelter from the misty mountains.

The most quaint little cafe found opposite the station at Meadlow Bath (which is opposite the Hydro Majestic Hotel) serving up a seasonal menu using fresh eggs, produce, artisan bread and specialty coffee. A stunning range of cakes too! The cafe is beautiful inside and there’s also a range of art for sale. The ambience was calm, and service, friendly. Be sure to make a stop if in the area or passing by. (Note I request for my eggs to be well done
