Kfc - Mesa

What about the spice/outside? it was tasteless and rough! huh was good/juicy, but the crust was terrible. the ordered pots were out to get the bowls. Meals should come with cookies, we didn't get them. soou disappointed, ended most of it. what happened?

Ordered the 12 pc family meal with the free pepsi bucket. My order was really late. Had no gravy and no pepsi bucket tried to call the store and that's a joke. Apparently restaurants in Arizona don't believe on answering phones. Won't be ordering again unless I go get it myself.

Drive thru line was 15 cars deep and not moving. Decided to go in and place order. No line to place order but took 10 min for someone to take my order. Other customers were waiting for orders, orders were getting mixed up. Overheard from the drive thru employee that they were out of Mac and cheese bowls or something. Was at least able to receive my order in a reasonable amount of time. A Dasher came in and said the place is always like this and not to expect anything great. He was told something about his order, and said he is just going to cancel the order and then left

Stopped at this KFC on a Sunday afternoon, for I was craving some chicken, potatoes gravy, and that awesome cole slaw. The meal was great as usual, however it took at least ten-15 minutes to get our meals. Not sure what the hold-up was, or if there was enough staff at that time. I'm hoping the owners check this out to help their staff at optimal times whatever that may be. I'll still stop again, with the knowing though there may be a delay.

Horrible, I ordered three wings, a chicken tender, mashed potatoes, and gravy with two biscuits, and they only sent me one piece of chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. I tried to call, and all you get is a busy signal, Apparently they can't read or Count at this location unacceptable.
