Brix Brine - Ogunquit

We just broke into this place in a whim... knew nothing about it. Cocktails were good. Service was good. The lobster crostini and tomatoes, mozzarella, basil salad were excellent. The pesto on the salad was amazing! My husband got a dozen oysters and the only reason we give 4 stars and not 5 is that he was disappointed in the “small bays”... said it was lacking in taste. All in all a wonderful experience and we will be back!

The raw bar of my dreams. The Maine oysters were so incredibly good that we had to order another 1/2 dozen of the John's River. The shrimps were gigantic and so perfect they needed to cut a knife and fork. The Mignonette sauce is perfect and not to exaggerate. The crab was fresh and delicious. The cocktails were also great, like the service. By far one of my favorite places in Ogunquit. I come back to Maine every time.

Brix Brine is a fantastic small place in the heart of Ogunquit Center with a wealth of aesthetic appeal. I couldn't help myself take photos of my food. Like Millennial from me! The Oyster selection was top notch and service was very fast for a busy Saturday noon. I can't wait for my next visit here!

The lobster rolls were the best we had in Maine, they had amazing oysters, and the situation was really cute.

This place is great! I love oysters and they have so many choices and the mignonette is unique and delicious! Everyone is so friendly! I’m going back every time I’m in town!
