We wanted to do a three day relaxation for our employees in this hotel, based on our own experience, but we would rather choose Vista or Špindlerův Mlýn again. The rooms are such a really bad project. We were accommodated in the hill where there was a view of the roof of the factory and a sink had been moved into the room, which no longer fit in the bathroom, there was no wardrobe, so our clothes were in open suitcases on the floor. Fitness they have it really great, a nice and willing young man at the reception, he helped and advised. The restaurant so it was a total disaster! Arrogant ladies who weren 't afraid to let you know how much your presence annoys them! They play for luxury here, but they completely lack decent manners and, above all, professionalism. I don 't know from what belt they took the lady who looked like an operator here, but for me she should return to the belt immediately. Reception nice and pleasant lady. Shop a nice lady who didn 't know much, but at least tried to help. Overall impresion? An interesting idea that can be ruined by inappropriately selected employees. Upon arrival at the hotel, everything looked great. The first problem came after arriving in the room and the subsequent shower. The layout of the bathroom is like a large room with a shower and a toilet (which is at the end of the bathroom ... nice, unfortunately the water flowed all over the bathroom after showering and getting to the toilet with dry feet would be a miracle. We had to make a dam out of towels to get to the toilet with dry feet. The toilet and shower are apparently designed for wheelchair users or the disabled, which makes emptying a bit of a problem, because after sitting on the toilet, your feet hang about 5cm above the ground (probably because of the water from the shower, so that you don 't catch a cold . Another problem occurred at 6 o 'clock in the morning, when we were woken up by huge bangs and noise (they didn 't deal with us that day, we thought it was a coincidence, something must have broken down, or... Unfortunately, the next morning the situation was repeated again at 6 a.m. , music.... After complaining to the reception we were told quote Yes room 201, we know about it, the room is right next to the gym No apology nothing.
