Krystal - Pell City

I'm not really a fan of Krystal's; my experiences there have always felt a bit strange. When I visited, the guy at the window handed me some expired sauce. To top it off, when three employees came outside to give us our three bags, they actually walked away barking like dogs—no joke.

I experienced a 15-minute wait before placing my order for the 24 Krystal sack combo. The staff member at the drive-thru was quite curt and lacked any personality; he didn't respond when we tried to order and ask questions through the speaker. Eventually, we had to pull up to the window to complete our order. Unfortunately, when we got about 10 minutes down the interstate, we discovered that all 24 Krystals were served plain, without any toppings, when we had requested everything on them. To make matters worse, there were hardly any fries included either. While I understand that many businesses are short-staffed at the moment, it was disappointing to receive such a large order that was completely incorrect. I suggest that the restaurant consider having some more experienced adults on duty during the night shift, as the younger staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.

I had never been to this restaurant before, but I'm not sure I'll return. The burgers were falling apart, and the meat appeared gray. When I tried to adjust the buns, the color from the meat transferred to the buns, which was a bit off-putting. I wish I had taken a picture to illustrate what I mean. On a positive note, I really enjoyed their fries!

We went through the drive thru yesterday around 2 pm (07/18/2022) and ordered 12 Krystals, large fry, and large coke. The meat wasn't done and they tasted spoiled. It made me and my husband both sick before we got home.

Ordered food online. Got there to pick up and they couldnt make my order because the computers were down. I filed complaint with corporate asking for a refund. A day later, still no resolution. June 20th, no resolution. Filed complaint with BBB. D rated company.
