We went through the drive thru yesterday around 2 pm (07/18/2022) and ordered 12 Krystals, large fry, and large coke. The meat wasn't done and they tasted spoil...

Ordered food online. Got there to pick up and they couldnt make my order because the computers were down. I filed complaint with corporate asking for a refund....

Krystals is underrated. I really don't know why they aren't always packed. They have the best tasting burgers. If you have kids they are the perfect size.
