Contribuisci feedbackI always come here, bring my children often. Today, one of the workers thought it was very professional to yell at me from the 2nd drive thru window. I ordered on the wendy app. Came thru drive thru to pick up. I stated my name at the speaker, and the lady said next window, please. I said ok. I pull to the next window, waiting for my receipt. Noone at the 1st window. So I hear yelling hello hello hello. Imagine, my windows up music on just waiting. Instead of someone being at the 1st window, I'm told I don't need to go to the 1st window now how would I know that and second if a car was in front of Me technically I would still have to stop at the 1st window.I went inside to speak with the manger, she tell me I can't return my food and get my money back. Like excuse me,If there are no customers, you don't have a job. Please be nice to people. I didn't sleep with you last night. I'm not the one who made you mad. If you don't like to work with customers, pick a different job!
So incredibly slow.I got 2 drinks, no straw. I had to wait 15 mins for my breakfast order around 945am. I asked for butter for the French toast sticks, no butter was given. Terrible slow service.
I don’t know what’s up with these employees, but breakfast is never ready on time when you come here in the morning up on opening nothing ever ready you gotta wait for an hour… you say good morning they do not reply you say thank you they do not reply so rude.
