Pizza Hut Richmond

Usually have a pleasant experience but the last time I got pizza one of the guys got my order mixed up, then forgot to give me a swirl of sauce that I had paid for, and to top it off the pineapple wasn’t on our Hawaiian pizza.. it seems to be the same guy, the last time I had the same mishap with the pizzas being mixed up he was on too

Almost two hours after ordering we were told another 15 minutes as they were preparing the order despite being told 10 minutes when I called 40 minutes earlier. Worst customer service I have experienced. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took over a hour and I rang in Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$20–30
