I love sergios pizza we have been ordering since I was little

So me and my family been going to Sergios for years, but since the new girl started working “Nicole” I Know her name because I’ve heard it several times from the coworkers. But the Quality isn’t the same almost every time I’ve been there since she’s been working everything I order is burnt or undercooked Simply not up to their regular Expectations. She is super rude and honestly looks dirty more times then once And I really try to order one. I know she isn’t working. On occasions, there were some one who came in looking for her And I was just so disgusted and disbelief because isn’t this a work establishment? I’ll be back just now when she’s there!!!!!

Girl working was rude to another employee and my spinach wheel had plastic melted in it. looked like the wrapper of the plastic forks. Not a sorrry or a replacement. Just went over to cook and showed him. He seemed to care less about it as he looked at his phone
