This is not Health food nor is it a restaurant Sugary sweets, everything filled with high fructose corn syrup.There is nothing healthy here, and there is no food here.

Owners are very nice. Shop is very clean. Got the Bahama mama smoothie, very delicious. Will be returning to try others.

I have been a member for a long time, and I love the friendliness of the owners. I have received alot of advice on how to eat right and lose weight. They always have amazing shakes, teas, smoothies, and now protein bowls. The atmosphere is great especially if you live music; it puts you in the right mood.
