Nila - Sharpes

The pool and gym were closed, the pool was green with algae, the in-room phone didn’t work, no ice machines, the two coffee makers in the breakfast room were out of order. The staff was quite pleasant, but didn’t make up for the amenities.

We used the stairs from the fourth floor. There were no signs saying not to. The exit was not marked as emergency and the alarm did not sound. We were locked outside in a fenced muddy construction/pool excavation zone. Management blamed us for the problem. Manager refused to put up signage for other guests. How would guests escape a fenced area in a fire? Breakfast was throw it away bad. TV had no signal, Keurig pump not working.

Our stay at BW Premier was ok. I recommend BW Premier after we stayed for two nights. The breakfast service was average. The room was good. The friendliness of the staff was ok, could be better. Overall BW Premier is an ideal hotel when you booking last minute.

Management was rude, rooms are filthy, no pool (under construction). Reservation never told me that. Refused to let me out of 2nd day reservation at check in! Put luggage in tub screened for bed bugs (no bed bugs) peeled back linens the mattress/es were stained and soiled! Moved pillows on one bed only to find lil tiny spiders! ? place was like a transient population for convicts!

Read the 1-star reviews and believe them I didn't and went anyway big mistake! horrible hotel. Just horrible! Clogged toilet, bathtub and sink, while the hotel seems to be in an good are the people that go there are not! Prostitution and drugs is all we encountered. And the breakfast if you can even call it that will make you sick! Go anywhere else but here !
