Great restaurant with exceptionally attentive staff and atmosphere.

Unusual but good food and very sound service from a knowledgeable server. Ambiance is a bit compromised because of the long-thinness of the restaurant, but other than that it was fine. Recommended and we'll happily eat there again. Everest lamb was particularly good.

We found this place while wandering around York so we decided to give it a go and glad we did. Having never had Nepalese food I went for the bit of everything option and my friend went for the vegetarian. Both very tasty. The Gurkha beer went well with the dishes. The young waitress was very helpful and informative about the menu and all in all a very nice relaxed eating experience. Go for it!
