Booked for lunch here and were met by a waiter at the door. He was wearing a face mask but when he spoke we couldn’t understand anything he said other than the word “pizza”!! He then started to lead us to a table but we asked him to repeat what he had said. This time we understood “no pizza”. We had to confirm a further two or three times that he meant there was no pizza available, which eventually he did. He spoke so fast and with such a strong accent that it was impossible to tell what he said. He obviously assumed that we didn’t like pizza as he was intent on showing us to our table wrong! An Italian restaurant that doesn’t have pizza never heard of this before useless. Oh, and thanks for sending me and our 4 year in the total wrong direction for your toilet!! Spite or incompetence?! We walked to Bella Italia and understood everything the waitress said and had a great meal including pizza!!!

I had a great experience being served by Sarah last week. She provided wonderful and personable service, making us feel like friends rather than just customers. We will definitely be returning and looking forward to seeing Sarah again. Thank you once more! X

Called in as a family of 5 for dinner two small children service to start was fine order was taken quickly and drinks arrived, but thats where it ends, waited over an hour for food when I asked how long they couldn't tell me but said they had stopped accepting people in! well thats no good to my family with hungy children, we walked out refusing to pay for drinks and went to mcdonalds!! I understand staff shortages but it wasn't busy, however takeaway meals seemed to be flying out if they had given us warning of the wait I wouln't of chosen to stay and could of fed my children happily elsewhere, we won't be coming back sort it out!!!

Lovely food and fantastic service from our server, Sofia. We would happily give her a job! We've never been to this chain before but were pleasantly surprised. The wine was also very drinkable. If you're shopping in the area and want food that's not too pricey, this place is above average. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant food and eager staff left a £10 tip on door dum waiter but no one saw me. Appreciate everything done today
